The entry form and schedule are now available for download from the 'Home' page or the '2018 Show Information' menu.
Check out the 'Home' page for the link to the 'Dog in a Hat' competition. You don't need to complete an entry form for this one! Just turn up with a dog, suitably adorned, at 11:00 am. on the 8th September when the judge will take a photograph for display in the Hall from 1:30 pm. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
The 2018 Show will take place on Saturday the 8th September and the closing date for entries will be the 1st September. This will be the 50th anniversary of the Show in its current form and we hope it will be well supported. The Show schedule is in the process of preparation and information on revised and new classes will appear in the 'News' in the near future.
The Society is pleased to welcome Nigel and Clare Willis Burton on to the committee.
The class and trophy winners for 2017 are now available to download and/or view.
If anyone has any photographs, schedules or catalogues from past Show's (60's 70's) and is prepared to loan them for possible display at the 50th anniversary Show in 2018, would they please let the Show committee know via the contact form on this web site.
Thanks to all our supporters of Mashamshire Show. 2017 was another great year with entries totalling 860. For the past 3 or 4 years we have seen an increase in entries and we hope that for the 50th anniversary of the Show in 2018 we will see a further increase. Indeed it would be excellent if we could manage to achieve 1000 entries. The Show could not achieve the success it has achieved without the contribution from its sponsors and thanks are therefore due to all those individual and business sponsors as listed on the web site. The Show committee would like to hear from anyone who would like to support future shows in any way.
